The Story...
In January 2016, what had started out a year earlier as small talk; just two guys sitting on the front porch discussing the need for a slaughterhouse to return to the community and serve Panola County, turned in to big plans for the future as Panola County Processing opened its doors to the public. In doing so, Bill Kneipp and Jeff Davidson, the owners of Panola County Processing, established themselves as the newest full-service, State inspected slaughterhouse in East Texas. We have since become one of only a few in Texas, Small Plant designated USDA Federal inspected slaughterhouses, serving East Texas and the surrounding area. We believe that all of our customers deserve the highest level of service, and we are committed to providing just that.
